Location: it is located in a quiet area, near the park of the resort and very close to the ski slope.

General facilities: has a capacity of 312 accommodation places, elevators, the restaurant has 380-400 seats, its own orchestra and a kitchen that prepares food "like at home", safe at the reception, conference room with a capacity of 120 places, direct access to the treatment and leisure base (swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, solarium, massage).

Room facilities: All rooms are renovated, have new furniture, TV, telephone, cable, private bathroom. The rooms located on the 1st and 6th floors (without balcony) are classified at 2 stars. The other rooms are approved at 3 stars, with a refrigerator with minibar.

Meal services: breakfast - buffet, lunch and dinner are served in the account system (à la carte menu, in June and August meals will be served in the buffet system (both restaurants).

Children facilities (accommodated in a room with 2 adults): children aged 0-5.99 receive free accommodation (no extra bed) but pay 50% of the value of meals; children aged 6-13.99 pay 50% of the double seat (including meals) with extra bed provided; over 14 years a whole place is paid.

Pets: access is allowed, pay 20% of the room value, must present the animal's health card. It is forbidden access to public catering spaces (restaurant, bars).

Treatment: Being part of the same complex, with direct access from / to the two hotels, the treatment and leisure base has been recently expanded, modernized and equipped with the latest medical equipment. Hydrokinetic therapy in heated pool, underwater shower and Jacuzzi shower, Scottish shower, general massage, solarium, sauna, fitness room. Functional explorations with new, ultra-performing equipment; electrocardiography, oscillometry, osteodensitometry, blood glucose testing.

Spa treatment rates: 33.00 lei / person / 2 procedures / day. No spa treatment is performed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Therapeutic indications: Prophylaxis: healthy and apparently healthy people with predisposing factors for illness, people with physical and intellectual overwork, with hyperactive nervous background, with sedentary lifestyle, toxins, etc.
Diseases of the cardiovascular system: ischemic heart disease and uncomplicated sequelae myocardial infarction, simple vascular disease, hypertension, atherosclerosis, diseases of the peripheral arteries and veins.
Diseases of the musculoskeletal system osteoarthritis and spondylosis, stabilized inflammatory rheumatism, ab-articular rheumatism; post traumatic conditions, post prosthesis; neurological disorders, herniated disc and secondary lumbosciatica.
Associated diseases: diseases of the respiratory system (chronic bronchitis, asthma, occupational diseases of the digestive system, gynecological diseases (sterility and inflammatory diseases), neurosis, anemia, diabetes and obesity.

Leisure: The most accessible landmarks are Dealul Negru, Muntele Bârnarelul, Runcul Mare and Vârful Ousorul. The daredevils have at their disposal numerous other mountain routes to the Calimani Massif or to Suhard and Rodna.
The view is enchanting, the climb alternating with the flat road through forests and alpine meadows.
From the resort the chairlift climbs for a distance of 3 km to the top of Dealul Negru at 1300 m altitude. On the way down the view is impressive.
The newest temptation for tourists is the Mountain Bike.
For the daring we have two special offers: river - rafting and paragliding.
